You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. If you are registering on behalf of a legal entity, you must have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Each individual may register only one (1) Account on the naga15 platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same person ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all Balances.

Until your Account is fully verified, certain features — including withdrawals — may be restricted. naga15 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time.

naga15 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from an account not in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.

Deposits via Indonesian banks and e-wallets are typically credited to your Account Balance within 2 to 10 minutes during banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours or on public holidays may take longer to process.
naga15 does not charge any deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees. You are responsible for any such fees charged by third-party payment providers.
All deposits are subject to naga15's AML policies. You may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation if your deposit activity is flagged by our automated monitoring systems. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
To request a withdrawal from your naga15 Account, you must meet the following conditions:
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. If your deposit method does not support withdrawals (e.g., certain e-wallets), naga15 will work with you to establish an alternative withdrawal method, typically via bank transfer to an Indonesian bank account registered in your name.

naga15 does not charge any withdrawal fees. However, your bank may impose receiving fees or currency conversion fees. You are responsible for any such fees.

The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. naga15 is not liable for any losses resulting from Service downtime.

We are not responsible for errors, delays, or failures caused by these third parties. You may request Account closure at any time by contacting Customer Support. Before your Account can be closed, you must withdraw all remaining Balance. Once an Account is closed, it cannot be reopened.
Upon Account termination, all active bonuses will be forfeited, and any pending withdrawals will be processed or canceled at naga15's discretion. You remain liable for any outstanding obligations or breaches of these Terms that occurred prior to termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which naga15 holds its gaming license, without regard to conflict of law principles. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through Customer Support, you may escalate the matter to naga15's Compliance Department. If the dispute remains unresolved, you may have the right to refer the matter to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service or regulatory authority, as specified in your Account Settings or naga15's licensing terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of any class action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding.
